If you don't need two different output signals, and need the headphones to just mirror the main output, then that is likely controlled by either the software which came with your audio card, or by the operating system, if available, either in the Control Panel (Win) or System Preferences (Mac) under Sounds. If only 1/2 is available, then your PC does not offer two stereo output pairs, and an audio interface with at least two stereo pairs is required. This way you can set up either two different mixes, or mirror each. When this is set to Cue instead of Solo, all of the Solo buttons on the audio tracks become a headphone icon, which allows you to assign them to the headphone output.

When these two are set to different physical outputs, the blue Solo button by the Master fader becomes a toggle-able switch (this is disabled when the Main and Cue are set to the same output). These options are on the far right of the mixer above the Master fader, when the I/O tab is viewable. In this case, both the headphones and speakers are plugged directly into my PC.If the speakers and headphones are plugged into two different physical outputs, and if Live recognizes that these are two unique outputs, then it's just a matter of assigning the Main Out to the speaker output and the Cue Out to the headphone output. I'm interested in how I can get the audio to come out of both my speakers and my headphones when I'm DJing.
